Shipping Policies

Here at Homemart Bath we pride ourselves on making sure what you orders is in your hands as soon as possible and ensuring it arrives in the condition. Items will ship either via small parcel service or via freight shipment. Items will ship within 48 hours (Same Day Shipping for most items) and take approximately 4-5 business days to arrive. As we work to ship your items as quickly as possible, once your item undergoes our packing process we will be unable to make any adjustment to the order.

Free Shipping On All Orders Shipped Within Continental U.S.

Small Parcel:

All smaller goods ship free within the continental U.S. via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS standard ground service. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada additional fees will be calculated per order.  Please call a representative at 866-762-3495 for shipping cost  

Expedited Shipping:

We understand sometimes you need your items as soon as possible. We do offer expedited shipping on all of our small parcel products. We offer Next Day Service, 2-Day Service and 3 Day Service, please contact a customer service rep for shipping costs at 866-762-3495.  

Same Day Shipping:

All small parcel orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

 

Shipment Tracking:

Email confirmation will be sent to the address on file once the items have shipped. Shipping information is updated within 24 hours of the item leaving our warehouse.

 

Shipping Damage and Lost Items:

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if any component is missing. You can call us at 866-762-3495 or email us at info@homemartproducts.com. We will ensure that the issue is taken care of as soon as possible. All packaging should be saved if there is a need for the item to be returned to us.

 

Freight Shipping:

All larger items ship with the continental U.S. at no cost via one of our various freight carriers. Delivery normally take between 5-7 business days. If shipping to a commercial address the carrier will deliver your shipment once on hand at the shipping destination. If we are shipping to a residence, once the freight is on hand at the delivery terminal the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. There will need to be someone on hand to receive the freight. The trucking company will deliver the tub curbside. If you would like inside delivery please contact us for availability and pricing at 866-762-3495. As freight shipment is for larger items you should schedule additional people to be on hand for receipt. Please keep all product packaging as you will need it to return a item.
